What We Collect

When you submit a form on this website (volunteer signup, lawn sign request, or donation compliance), we collect the personal information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

How We Use It

Your information is used solely to fulfill your request — contacting you about volunteering, coordinating lawn sign delivery, or issuing a donation receipt as required by the Municipal Elections Act, 1996. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties outside the campaign.

Where It Is Stored

Form submissions are stored in Google Sheets accessible only to authorized campaign staff. Google’s servers are located in the United States and Canada and are subject to Google’s privacy policy.

How Long We Keep It

Campaign financial records, including donation information, are retained for the period required by Ontario municipal election law (minimum two years after the filing of the candidate’s financial statement). Volunteer and lawn sign information is deleted no later than December 31, 2027.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the campaign contact address listed in the footer of this page. We will respond within 30 days.
